Same here than Frodo, Sam is a great figure, Sideshow didn't fool us with the hobbits. The facesculpt is simply brilliant, I have to admit it, it is Sean Astin, the only issue, the paint.I used the same technique with Frodo (remove the plastic wig) and repainted it.
Other problem, Sam is not fat enough, the body is the same than Frodo. Just add a belly to bulk him up and weather the clothes and his cooking accessories.
